Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear will not be accepted for return. You must initiate the return process within 30 days of receiving your order to qualify for a refund.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, you must email us at [email protected]. In your email, include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed with the return. Please allow up to 3 business days for a response to your request.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and you may not receive a refund if the item is lost in transit.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, you must return the original item and place a new order for the desired item. Follow the return process outlined above to initiate your return before making a new purchase.
